ULTRA BEARD WORKS© provides a 30-day return policy for return eligible products.  As a customer you have 30 days following receipt of your product(s) to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us, within the return window, for defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items so that we can provide you with a solution. 

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused to show original damage or defects and in its original packaging. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Items which exhibit wear and/or use cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Initiate Return
To start a return, contact us at contact.us@ultrabeardworks.com and include the following details:

Order Number
Date of Purchase
Reason for Return
Images (defective, missing or incorrect product(s))

 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions.  Items sent back to ULTRA BEARD WORKS without an initiated return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Once the returned product is received a replacement product will be shipped to you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once your shipment was received.  Approved returns will be refunded on your original payment method.  Please consider your bank's processing times to apply refund amount.
